About Sarika Arora

Sarika Arora, MD is the founder of Aum Healing Center, a functional medicine practice on Newbury Street in Boston, Massachusetts, which she opened in 2012. She completed her internal medicine residency at SUNY Buffalo and practiced acute care medicine as a hospitalist before moving into functional medicine. She completed the Institute for Functional Medicine's Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice training and is an active member of the institute, and describes herself as board certified in integrative medicine. She designs customized lifestyle medicine programs centered on nutrition education, hormone balance and stress management, and also serves as a consultant to Women's Health Network and speaks internationally on functional medicine.
