About Sara Imam
Dr. Sara Imam is an east coast native who grew up in a family of healthcare providers. She was introduced to naturopathic medicine after a family member saw a naturopath, and was drawn to its blend of science and humanism. She completed her undergraduate education in New England, where her thesis on gendered experiences surrounding food sovereignty shaped her interest in women's health, then moved to the west coast and received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Her clinical interests include women's health covering PCOS, PMS, cycle dysregulation and perimenopause and menopause, along with dermatology, cardiometabolic conditions and primary care. She completed a year of residency with Dr. Brook Munro at the Holistic Health Clinic and is a certified Biote pellet therapy provider.
