About Samuel Baharestani

Dr. Samuel Baharestani is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon specializing in advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the eyes and face, including blepharoplasty, Botox, and dermal fillers. He earned his medical degree from NYU School of Medicine, completed residency at NYU Medical Center and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital, and completed an oculoplastics fellowship at the Cincinnati Eye Institute and University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He is a Fellow of ASOPRS, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American College of Surgeons, has authored over 100 publications and lectures, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi. He has practiced since 2011 and joined SightMD in 2014.
