About Said Awad
Said Awad, MD, MBA is a co-founder of PureVida Primary Care & Wellness in Wesley Chapel, Florida. He is a board-certified internal medicine physician with more than 12 years of clinical experience and is a Tampa native. He earned a BS in biology from the University of South Florida, his MD with honors at AUA College of Medicine, and completed internal medicine residency with USF at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital, later adding an MBA from Plymouth State University. He serves as program director of an internal medicine residency program and assistant professor at USF, and at PureVida also provides aesthetic medicine and testosterone replacement therapy.
