Dr. Ruth Johnson is the founder and lead physician of Genesis Health NYC on Madison Avenue in Manhattan. She trained at Mount Sinai and spent years in conventional medicine before founding the practice, which she built so that complex problems would get the time, testing and attention she felt they were not receiving. She is board certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and combines conventional diagnostics with functional and integrative medicine. Her consultations run 60 to 90 minutes and her lab panels cover more than 120 biomarkers.
