About Ross Valone

Ross Valone, DO is the medical director of Longevity DSM in Des Moines, Iowa. A retired obstetrician-gynecologist, he spent more than four decades caring for women through every stage of life. He is a graduate of Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and built his Des Moines-area career on evidence-based care, with extensive experience in menopause, hormonal changes and hormone management. In his role as medical director he provides clinical guidance and supervises the clinic's nurse practitioners, nurses and paramedics.
