About Robert Skaggs
Robert Skaggs, MD, FAAD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon, and the founder of Kentucky Skin Cancer Center. He earned a biochemistry degree at the University of Louisville and his medical degree at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, then completed his dermatology residency at the University of Louisville, where he served as Chief Resident. He went on to a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and cutaneous oncology at TriHealth's Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio, training under Dr. Brett Coldiron. He is a member of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology, and practices across all five of the group's Kentucky offices.
