About Riffat H. Qadir

Riffat H. Qadir, MD leads Innovative Health & Longevity in Uniontown, Ohio, where she practices integrative and functional medicine. She earned her B.A. in Biology and her M.D. from the University of Louisville, graduating first in her class in both, trained in surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and served two years as an assistant professor in the Division of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Kentucky School of Medicine. Her shift toward functional and integrative medicine followed her own undiagnosed autoimmune thyroid condition during residency, which was repeatedly dismissed as borderline. She is certified in functional medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine, in age management medicine by the Cenegenics Institute, in ozone therapy by the American Board of Ozonotherapy, and in otolaryngic allergy by the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. She describes her approach as treating each patient as a whole individual rather than an isolated diseased organ.
