About Richard Urbanek

Richard Urbanek, MD practises at Metropolitan Dermatology's Staten Island office and has been practising dermatology for nearly four decades. He received his MD from Cornell Medical College and served as Director of Dermatology at Staten Island University Hospital between 1989 and 2007. He recently received recognition for 35 years as a clinical professor at NYU and has been honoured by the American Cancer Society, and has formulated his own line of therapies for his patients. He speaks German.
