About Reshma Patel
Reshma Patel is a physician assistant and the founder of Ananda Integrative Medicine, a telehealth integrative, functional and longevity medicine practice serving patients across California. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine, then completed a Physician Assistant Master of Medical Science degree at Saint Louis University. She has spent over 25 years delivering traditional Western medicine in family medicine, urgent care and emergency medicine settings. She has trained with LifeSpan Medicine in precision longevity protocols and genomic analysis, with Sollis Health in concierge emergency medicine, and with LifeForce in hormone optimization and peptide therapy. Her stated focus areas are bioidentical and physiologic hormone restoration, menopause and perimenopause care, genomics and nutrigenomics, biological age assessment, thyroid, gut health and metabolic optimization.
