About Rawn Bosley

Rawn Bosley, MD, FAAD is a cosmetic and surgical dermatologist at Signature Dermatology and Aesthetics, which he helped found, and practises at its Flower Mound, Texas office. He graduated magna cum laude from Howard University and earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at Wayne State University, where he served as chief resident, followed by an ASDS-accredited integrated micrographic, reconstructive and cosmetic dermatologic surgery fellowship at the Chesnut Institute of Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Spokane, Washington. His expertise spans facial aesthetics and minimally invasive cosmetic surgery, skin cancer surgery, and skin and hair disease in patients of colour. He is an associate professor of clinical studies at the Texas Christian University College of Medicine and leads the practice's aesthetics and laser program.
