About Rachael Lee Seets
Rachael Lee Seets, MMS, PA-C is a co-founder of Executive Health and Wellness in Ocala, Florida, and a physician assistant with more than a decade of clinical practice across surgical medicine, urgent care, cardiovascular medicine, occupational health and community-based care. Her clinical foundation was built over eleven years of surgical practice, and she has since moved toward preventive medicine, cardiovascular risk reduction, metabolic health and functional wellness. She also serves in the Marion County Fire Rescue Mobile Integrated Health Program, working with medically complex and high-risk patients on chronic disease management and care coordination.
