About Poonam Desai
Poonam Desai is an osteopathic physician and the founder of Longevity Place, a longevity clinic with locations in Scarsdale, New York and Manhattan. She is double board certified in lifestyle medicine and emergency medicine, is Menopause Society certified, and is fellowship trained in point-of-care ultrasound and precision medicine. She served as an emergency medicine physician at a Level 1 trauma center in New York City, spent over eight years as academic faculty and assistant professor at Weill Cornell Medical School, and was ultrasound director at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens for more than five years. Her practice focus spans hormone health, cancer prevention, gut optimization, inflammation and longevity medicine, and she is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
