About Peter Zloty
Dr. Peter Zloty is a board-certified and fellowship-trained ophthalmologist at Southern Eye Group specializing in corneal transplants, cataract surgery, and refractive surgery including LASIK. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College and served an active duty tour in the U.S. Navy, reaching the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He has extensive experience with lamellar corneal transplant techniques including DSAEK and DMEK and has instructed at the American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting. He has performed humanitarian mission work in Honduras and East Timor. He sees patients at the Fairhope, Mobile, and Saraland, Alabama offices.
