About Peter Sakovich
Dr. Peter Sakovich is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the founder of MacArthur OB/GYN, the practice that became MacArthur Medical Center in Irving, Texas. He is a subspecialist in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. He attended Texas Tech Medical School in Lubbock, graduating in 1982, began a family practice residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, and then completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology. He moved to Irving in 1994 and founded the practice, and has since delivered over 5,000 babies. He is a frequent speaker on natural hormone therapy. He serves as chairman of the board of MacArthur Medical Center and as a medical board member of Texas Health Surgery Center of Bedford.
