About Peter T. Olsen
Peter T. Olsen, MD is the chief executive of Olsen M.D. Functional Clinic in Ponte Vedra, Florida, a family medicine physician practising functional and longevity medicine. He graduated with honors in biology and high honors in religion from St. Olaf College in 2002, earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School, and completed the Duluth Family Medicine Residency Program in 2013. He rose to trauma medical director at Cloquet Community Memorial Hospital and in 2015 trained U.S. Embassy physicians at the request of the State Department. In 2014 he and his wife were accepted as full-time medical missionaries to Kenya, where he served as head of inpatient pediatrics and the NICU at Tenwek Mission Hospital and taught in the Kabarak University family medicine residency program. During the COVID-19 pandemic he was vice president of medical affairs for M Health Fairview Range Hospital before relocating to northeast Florida.
