About Nicole McCarter
Dr. Nicole McCarter is a California-licensed naturopathic doctor who combines conventional diagnostics with naturopathic and functional-medicine modalities. She focuses on digestive disorders, hormonal imbalance, and skin conditions, using nutritional assessment, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and lab-based functional testing to find root causes. She earned her ND from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and completed residency at Grain Integrative Health in Portland, OR. Her functional-medicine training was completed through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She previously practiced in Manhattan before relocating to the Bay Area in 2016. She belongs to the California Naturopathic Doctors Association and the American Association of Naturopathic Medicine.
