About Nicole Kelly

Nicole Kelly, PA-C is the founder and medical director of Revitalize Medical Solutions in Sandy, Utah. She began her medical career in 2006 as a surgical technician while completing a BS in exercise science, and received her master's degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Utah in 2014. Her first role as a PA was in hormone replacement, and she has practiced in that field since 2014, completing thousands of hours of specialized training and continuing medical education in bioidentical hormones and longevity medicine. She started Revitalize in 2016 to offer a more comprehensive level of patient care.
