About Neil Kjos
Dr. Neil Kjos moved to Chattanooga in 1997, where he opened his first private practice, and now runs Kjos Functional Medicine. He received his doctorate through Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, and then completed over 300 hours of functional medicine training with 15 years of clinical application. He works continuously to stay current with clinical research in nutrition, autoimmunity and metabolic disorders. He is also an adjunct professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Chattanooga State University. He speaks Spanish and provides nutritional services and education to the Latin American community, and works alongside practitioners at Chattanooga Holistic Medicine.
