Nancy Fazekas Grubb, MD completed a Family Medicine residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. She earned her M.D. from Ohio State University College of Medicine and a B.S. in Chemistry, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Bowling Green State University.
