Dr. Myrdalis Díaz-Ramírez is a double board-certified physician in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine with more than 25 years of experience in pain medicine and over a decade focused on regenerative care. She is the founder of DR²SPINE in Tampa, Florida, where she treats spine, joint, and musculoskeletal pain using image-guided PRP, BMAC, and other regenerative therapies. Her approach, which she calls the DR2SPINE Motion Method, combines regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and minimally invasive procedures to help patients avoid opioids and surgery when possible. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and also performs medicolegal independent medical evaluations for spine and musculoskeletal cases.
