About Miwa Yoshida
Miwa Yoshida is a chiropractor and center director at Health Advantage Physical Medicine in Pasadena, California. She began her career as a rugby trainer for the Kobe Steelers and has treated boxing champions and served as team doctor for a Japanese professional basketball team. She graduated from Meiji College of Oriental Medicine in 1989 and from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1999. She spent ten years as an instructor and supervising clinician at Southern California University of Health Sciences. She co-founded the Health Advantage Health & Wellness Center in 2009 and Health Advantage Physical Medicine in 2015. Her practice combines Eastern and Western medicine with nutrition, supplementation and sports-injury care.
