About Michelle Niesley
Michelle Niesley, ND, MS, FABNO, is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Research at the Riordan Clinic. She earned her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle in 2001 and completed a two-year hospital-based residency at Cancer Treatment Centers of America near Chicago. In 2005 she earned a master's in evaluative clinical sciences from Dartmouth College focused on biostatistics and epidemiology, then worked at the Raby Institute for Integrative Medicine at Northwestern University as a clinical researcher and co-director of integrative medicine research. She has served on the board of directors of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and was president of the Pennsylvania Association of Naturopathic Physicians. She has published on integrative oncology, acupuncture for cancer patients, and vitamin D deficiency in cancer patients.
