About Michelle McCaslin
Michelle McCaslin is an advanced practice registered nurse and the lead practitioner at Heartland Functional Medicine in Papillion, Nebraska. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master's in nursing at Clarkson College in Omaha. Her hospital background covers medical-surgical, post-intensive care, and telemetry nursing at Lakeside Alegent, after which she worked for Dr. William Ingram at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She joined Alternatives: A Center for Conscious Health in 2009 and was appointed its medical director in February 2015. She is a certified functional medicine practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine and through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and has been in practice since 2016.
