About Michael Catausan

Michael Catausan, MD is the owner and chief medical officer of Hormone Treatment Centers, with clinics in Overland Park, Kansas and Lee's Summit, Missouri. He earned his medical degree through the University of Missouri-Kansas City's accelerated six-year combined BA/MD program, which he entered directly out of high school, and completed residency at the Wesley Family Medicine Residency Program in Wichita, Kansas, where he served as chief resident. He has more than 20 years of clinical and executive medical experience, previously serving as chief medical officer of Community Wellness Technology Inc. and as a medical director at Aetna, and founded one of the first direct primary care practices in the Kansas City area. His clinical interests include testosterone replacement therapy, menopause treatment, weight loss and metabolic optimization, sleep optimization, peptide therapy, cellular health and regenerative medicine.
