Matt Davis, MD is an orthopedic surgeon who founded and leads Optimize Health. He has extensive experience helping patients recover from injury, restore function, and return to an active lifestyle, and has worked with athletes and active individuals. He founded Optimize Health to apply the principles of sports medicine, recovery, and performance optimization to preventive and longevity care. All consultations and ongoing treatment plans at the practice are physician-led by him directly.
