About Mark D. Koenig

Mark D. Koenig, MD was recognized as one of "San Diego's Top Doctors" in 2018 by San Diego Magazine. He attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego, after developing an interest in exercise physiology and physical therapy. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine and has worked in the ER since 2005. He trained in aesthetics and functional/metabolic medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging. At Medical Age Management he offers neuromodulator injections, microneedling, laser and light-based therapies, PRP injections, and hormone testing and replacement.
