Livia Kell is the founder of Rooted Health Integrative Medicine in Smyrna, Georgia, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed postgraduate functional-medicine training via the Dr. Lair Ribeiro Program in Brazil, is certified in Ozone Therapy as a Fellow of the American Academy of Ozonotherapy, and founded the practice in 2025 after clinical work in rural Alaska and the Brazilian Amazon.
