About Lena Landis
Lena Landis, CNS, LDN, is the founder of Landis Nutrition and Functional Medicine in Fairfax, VA. She holds an M.S. in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine from the University of Western States and a B.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics from Syracuse University. She began focusing on functional medicine after her son's autoimmune diagnosis, and now provides functional-lab-based nutrition coaching addressing hormonal, digestive, metabolic, and autoimmune concerns, primarily for women.
