About Lauren C. Payne
Dr. Lauren C. Payne is a board-certified medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologist with subspecialty interests in skin of color and patient education. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and has spoken at regional and national scientific meetings. She has contributed multiple articles to dermatologic publications and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at both George Washington University and Howard University Hospital in their respective Departments of Dermatology. She treats patients from children to adults and all skin types, with expertise in medical, surgical, cosmetic, and laser dermatology. She is also Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Comprehensive Medical Mentoring Program.
