Lakshmi Prasad, MD, MS, FAARM is a board-certified internist specializing in integrative medicine and leads Metabolic Wellness and Longevity Institute in Warren, New Jersey. She earned her medical degree at Bangalore Medical College in India, completed her internal medicine residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, and holds a master's degree in metabolic and nutritional medicine from the University of South Florida. Her practice combines nutritional therapy, lifestyle modification, stress management, micronutrient and hormone repletion, detoxification, rotational diets and genetic testing to identify the causes of ill health and metabolic breakdown. She is affiliated with Overlook Hospital in Summit and Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston.
