About Kristin A. Loyd
Kristin A. Loyd is an advanced practice registered nurse who founded and leads Evolve Health & Wellness in Wichita, Kansas. She was diagnosed with diabetes in 2015 and began GLP-1 therapy herself in 2016, and has used it personally ever since. She launched a weight loss coaching programme in 2021 and built the clinic around compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide therapy, opening the practice in July 2022. She is board certified in advanced diabetes and obesity management, and has published three books — two cookbooks and a health-tracking journal — alongside a series of free nutrition education videos produced through Shocker Studios.
