She holds a Bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of North Alabama and a Master of Science from Troy University, and has over 30 years of healthcare experience as a nurse and nurse practitioner across emergency, intensive care, family and integrative medicine settings. She specializes in hormone optimization and weight loss, including thyroid function, testosterone replacement and support during perimenopause and menopause, and uses integrative medicine to address underlying causes of health issues.
