About Kimberly Handy
Kimberly Handy, FNP-C is the founder of Carolina Integrative Wellness in Cary, North Carolina. She earned her family nurse practitioner degree in 2015 and began practicing integrative medicine in 2016, following more than 20 years of nursing across pediatric medical-surgical care, pediatric intensive care, the NICU, family medicine and pediatric emergency care. She has completed advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the Women's Hormone Network, Apex Energetics and the IV Therapy Academy, along with certification in ozone joint injection therapy and in bioidentical hormone replacement. Her focus areas include hormone health, Hashimoto's disease, thyroid disorders, long COVID, inflammatory bowel disease and SIBO.
