Dr. Kim Crosby is an internal medicine physician providing cosmetic and wellness services at Harmony Medical Spa in Gastonia, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago in 1991, completed a six-year residency at Cook County Hospital, and a fellowship in Thoracic Surgery at the University of Chicago Pritzker Medical Center. She has practiced in Gaston and Mecklenburg Counties since 1998 and began providing minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures in 2001. She is board certified in surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
