Katie Seremet, FNP-C is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of clinical experience and the sole clinician at Journey to Wellness Within Integrative Care, PLLC in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. Her post-graduate training spans the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine in hormone optimization, longevity medicine, neurological health, metabolic health and preventive medicine, and the Institute for Functional Medicine in root-cause evaluation of chronic and complex conditions. She also holds advanced training in integrative psychiatry and ketamine-assisted therapies. Her clinical history includes adolescent medicine and eating disorder treatment from 2010 to 2015 and integrative family practice from 2015 to the present, and her practice focuses on hormone health and perimenopause, metabolic and weight management, brain and cognitive health, and hereditary cancer-risk reduction for patients with BRCA, Lynch and APOE4 predispositions.
