About Katie McManigal
Katie McManigal is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and the founder and medical director of Peak Health Institute in Warrenville, Illinois, specializing in functional and regenerative medicine. She began her career as a registered nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit at Lurie Children's Hospital, where she developed her approach to complex cases. Her own extended experience with unexplained health symptoms shaped her focus on helping chronically ill patients recover. She completed her nurse practitioner degree at Purdue University and has continued training with the Institute for Functional Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, SopMED, and the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society.
