Dr. Karen Plymel is the Medical Director of Elevate Health in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. An OB/GYN by original training with an MD from Ross University, she pursued fellowships in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona's Andrew Weil Center and in Anti-Aging, Regenerative, Metabolic, and Nutritional Medicine through A4M, and was named a 2024 HOUR Detroit Top Doctor in Functional Medicine over her 30-year career.
