About Dr. Kara Menzer
Dr. Kara Menzer is a naturopathic physician and primary care provider at Natural Medicine of Seattle specializing in eating disorders, reproductive health, gastrointestinal conditions, and trauma-informed care. A two-time cancer survivor, she is a Health At Every Size practitioner and formerly served on the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians board of directors, receiving its 2022 President's Award. She holds a BS in Biological Psychology from UC Davis and her ND from Bastyr University.
