About Kaitlyn Pontrelli
Kaitlyn Pontrelli, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is the founder of Lifespan Wellness Group in Jacksonville, Florida. A New Jersey native, she graduated with honors from The College of New Jersey's nursing program and began her career as a cardiac nurse in Yonkers before working as an ICU and cardiac-surgery nurse practitioner at Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital in New York City. After relocating to Florida in 2022 and working at an anti-aging and regenerative medicine practice, she founded Lifespan Wellness Group to combine primary care with integrative hormone and wellness therapies.
