About Julie Powell
Julie Powell is the founder and owner of Texas Elite Health Clinic in Plano, Texas, where she has practiced for more than 25 years. A native Texan, she earned a BS in Biology-Pre Med from UT Austin, a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in 1997, and a specialty degree in Neurology from Cleveland College in 1998. She later earned a Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2011 and worked in Baylor Scott & White Family and Internal Medicine clinics before returning to build her own integrative practice. She combines chiropractic neurology with nurse practitioner-led hormone optimization, offering bio-identical hormone pellet therapy alongside same-day urgent and primary care.
