About Jordan Vaughn
Dr. Jordan Vaughn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of WeCare Health & Wellness in northwest Georgia. She has more than 15 years of experience in the medical field and built the practice in the community where she was raised, blending evidence-based medicine with a wellness-focused, personalised approach. Her clinical work spans hormone optimisation, aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, IV therapy and medically supervised weight management. She was voted Best of Rome in 2020 and Best of Polk County from 2021 through 2025.
