About Joanne "JP" Pizzino
Joanne "JP" Pizzino, MD, MPH, FACOEM is Medical Director of Integrative Wellness Fx in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Ohio State Medical School and completed residency training with Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas, along with a Master of Public Health and a Fellowship in the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. After 24 years of certification in family medicine through the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in Tyler, she now exclusively practices her board certifications in integrative medicine and preventive and occupational medicine. She is also certified in medical acupuncture and as a health coach, and has taught an ongoing functional medicine course at the University of North Carolina Program on Integrative Medicine for over 12 years.
