About Jillian Simon
Jillian Simon, APRN, FNP-BC is the founder and lead clinician of Endoura Effect in Oakdale, Minnesota. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who trained in precision and functional medicine after her own hormone-related symptoms went undiagnosed in conventional care. Her clinical focus is hormone optimization, thyroid health, peptide therapy and metabolic medicine, and her assessments extend beyond standard panels to reverse T3, estradiol, cortisol patterns and nutrient cofactors. She has built and scaled a telehealth practice serving patients in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and serves as president of a nonprofit that mentors young women in leadership.
