Jessica Pawlicki, APRN, FNP-C, CFMP is the founder and owner of Well-Rooted, the Crystal Lake, Illinois group whose functional medicine arm trades as Well-Rooted Health Collective. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, holding a nursing degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing and a family nurse practitioner degree from Olivet Nazarene University. She is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association and a Certified Mold Provider, and is a co-author of the book Slaying Chicago.
