Jennifer Peterson is the founder and lead practitioner of Thrive PRP Med in Rohnert Park, California. A board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of clinical experience, she earned her BSN from the University of Delaware in 2003 and her MSN from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007, specializing in critical care medicine and transplant hepatology before focusing her practice on perimenopause and menopause care, medical weight management, and platelet-rich plasma therapy.
