About Dr. Jeffrey R. Gladden
Dr. Jeffrey R. Gladden, MD, FACC is a pioneering physician, longevity expert, and founder of Gladden Longevity, a cutting-edge health optimization and longevity clinic based in Dallas, Texas. A triple-board-certified cardiologist with more than four decades of clinical experience, Dr. Gladden has dedicated his career to transforming the way we understand aging, health, and human performance. After decades practicing interventional cardiology and leading cardiovascular innovation, Dr. Gladden shifted his focus from treating disease at its end stages to addressing the root causes of aging and optimizing human vitality. Dr. Gladden graduated with Honors in Medicine from Temple University School of Medicine, and was elected to the AOA medical honor society. He founded Advanced Heart Care, a full service cardiology practice with ten offices and twelve doctors, and co-founded the Heart Hospital Baylor Scott and White. He is the author of "100 is the New 30" and host of The Gladden Longevity Podcast.
