About Jeff Livingston
Dr. Jeff Livingston is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who joined MacArthur OB/GYN in 2003 and now serves as chief executive officer of MacArthur Medical Center in Irving, Texas. He is a subspecialist in pediatric and adolescent gynecology. He attended the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital before moving to Irving. He serves as medical director and board member of Texas Health Surgery Center of Bedford and is the former chairman of the OB/GYN department at Baylor Medical Center of Irving. He delivers at Baylor Scott & White Irving and holds privileges at Texas Health Resources Harris HEB. He is fluent in Spanish and sign language.
