About Jason Kaufman
Jason Kaufman, DC was born and raised in Staten Island, New York and earned a degree in neurobiology and behavior from Cornell University. He worked as a pharmaceutical representative for six years, spending his final years in that role at the Cleveland Clinic, before leaving the industry to study advanced nutrition. He returned to school at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia to train as a health care practitioner. He focuses clinically on weight loss resistance and chronic degenerative diseases including heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer and Alzheimer's disease.
