About Janette Gray
Janette Gray, MD is the founder and medical director of Perfect Balance Health in San Diego, California. She is an internal medicine physician with more than 25 years of clinical experience specialising in integrative medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for men and women. Her practice combines hormone replacement therapy with comprehensive weight management programmes and a longevity programme built on sex hormone, thyroid and specialty laboratory testing. In 2025 she published The Truth About Sex Hormones, a book challenging the traditional medical approach to aging. She describes her approach to patient care as holistic, compassionate and patient-centred.
